Yes on State Secrets Protection Act

The Senate Judiciary Committee is considering the State Secrets Protection Act. If passed, the law will make it more difficult for the government to abuse the state secrets privilege. Basically, information the government claims state secrets for will have to actually be reviewed by the court before it gets kept out of litigation. Makes sense to me!
