So it's now about 2 weeks into the Fox blackout. I don't care about baseball; I want my Lie to Me!

Courts in New York are now requiring the bank's attorney to file an affirmation in foreclosure cases certifying that the paperwork is in order. This has been a problem-banks have been filing foreclosures without being able to prove that they own the mortgage. Hopefully, with an attorney subject to discipline now, this practice will stop.

Congratulations to Chile for the successful rescue of the miners!
