I paid the deposit for bar review registration (Pieper, because I've decided not to do NJ (long story) so I'm going with the NY specialist). I just can't believe my time as a full time student is finally coming to an end.

The NJ bar application was released last week. I can't believe it's started already.

The IP bigwigs do. It has been discovered that the ACTA negotiations are leaning towards criminalizing non-commercial piracy, including downloading a song from eMule.
I understand that artists need to be paid. But jail for downloading music and movies is just ridiculous-you usually won't get jail for shoplifting a physical CD or DVD (and the fines will be lower than the civil damages for copyright infringement).

I started my new job today.
It's a small office (5 people total). I think I'll do well there-maybe they'll even keep me after my internship runs out.
